webaccount: tweak text about opening apple mobileconfig profile files, it has gotten harder to use in ios18
since ios18, downloaded files don't go immediately to the settings (which is somewhat understandable given potential for abuse), but go to the Files app. opening them in the Files app then adds them to the settings where they can be installed.
